Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Atlas St Clair Shores Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our tree service offerings, including but not limited to tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, emergency services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming services.

Service Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Atlas St Clair Shores Tree Service are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from those observed during the initial assessment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if additional work, equipment, or safety measures are required.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after this period. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement and are typically due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Service Scheduling and Cancellation

We make every effort to complete services on the scheduled date. However, weather conditions, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if schedule changes are necessary.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas, including driveways, gates, and yards. Please remove vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, and other items from work areas before our arrival. We are not responsible for damage to items left in work areas.

You must notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, or other hidden features that may be affected by our work. While we take precautions to avoid damage, we are not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground features.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required for tree work on your property. We can advise you on permit requirements, but securing permits is the property owner's responsibility unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

All work will be performed in accordance with local regulations and industry standards. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the requested work violates local ordinances or poses unacceptable safety risks.

Liability and Insurance

Atlas St Clair Shores Tree Service maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to trees, property, or landscaping, or for damage resulting from hidden defects, decay, or structural weaknesses not visible during inspection.

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. In the event of a claim, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee that all work will be performed in a professional manner using industry-standard techniques and equipment. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for tree health, growth, or survival, as these depend on many factors beyond our control including weather, soil conditions, and ongoing care.

If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address any legitimate concerns about workmanship.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree services are provided on a best-effort basis. Response times may vary depending on weather conditions, crew availability, and the volume of emergency calls. Emergency services are priced at premium rates to reflect the urgent nature and potential after-hours work.

In emergency situations, our priority is to secure the immediate hazard and prevent further damage. Complete cleanup and final work may be scheduled for a later date if conditions do not permit full service completion during the emergency response.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Atlas St Clair Shores Tree Service and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
